Hi, I’m Blair Kott.
I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, Certified Yoga Teacher, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor based in Austin, Texas. I am passionate about helping people improve their overall health and the way they view food. I serve clients who have been diagnosed with cardiovascular disease and/or diabetes, as well as clients who desire a better relationship with food.
At the start of my career, I worked in the hospital setting, assisting thousands of patients with their nutrition, managing tube feedings, IV nutrition, and providing education. It was during this time at the hospital that I learned what it means to provide quality care.
Now, as an outpatient dietitian, I have the gift of spending time getting to know YOU and your reason WHY. I am curious, thoughtful, and make it a point to meet you exactly where you are in your nutrition journey.
With my many years of experience in nutrition education and counseling, I am confident that I can help you improve your relationship with food and your health outcomes.
